Radcliffe Girls and Boys Club

Michelle Wiseman, Prospective Conservative MP for Bury South, has been busy leading a team of volunteers to help with her local Social Action Project, the refurbishment of Radcliffe Girls and Boys Club on Withins Avenue, Radcliffe.

Michelle commented " Social Action involves millions of people doing millions of things that make a real difference to their community every day. It is how we can all create social change within our society. I like to think of it as doing your bit or mucking in, however small the action, it all adds up to changing your community for the better. "

"Radcliffe Girls and Boys Club, is a fantastic facility for the youngsters of Radcliffe. However the building has seen better days, and I am working with the volunteers, local businesses, and residents, to get as many people as possible to get involved and help renovate the club".

We have already held a number of action days, clearing, weeding, painting, if you would like to help out or get involved, please contact Michelle on 0161 773 4888
